i ran this back when stone rain was legal, and the only reason to ever EVER run this is 4x4 beast tribal, as you pay 4R+3 = 7R = 8CMC for a destroyed land, 4 direct player damage, and when it needs to die, 4 life. even then, only good for pressure or to take a non-basic.

Like most morph cards, they tried to hard to balance it and you ended up with an unefficient creature.
