Sacrifice your Festering Goblins whenever you like.

That's about all I can think of, though, unless you're playing some off-the-wall B/R leaves the battlefield zombie goblin deck. Now that I think of it, that would actually be kind of fun.

It's a good thing he has that flavor text, because that's all he has going for him (except that killer cape). I mean, he's not going in any self-respecting goblin deck, but in a mercenary deck he's just a sucky 2/1 and you have no other goblins to sacrifice. I could almost forsee an awesome opportunity for a Festering Goblin/Hornet Harasser deck using him as a sac engine, but even that idea is a little crazy.
