Ridiclous compared to Wirewood Savage. "Draw a card" is way more dangerous than gaining 3 life. Probably only made this expansive to stop infinite-life combos.

Should cost at least 1 CMC less -- a 3/3 for 4 with a decent ability has been normal for Green since the beginning of the game, and this sort of fairly-slow lifegain isn't really anything more than just decent, especially given that you need to be running two creature types just to take advantage of it.
