Has won me alot of games alongside Eternal Witness and Astral Slide.
A really great card IMO.

This card has won me games simply because it's an uncounterable instant speed soldier drop that even lets you draw a card! Think of this card like an uncounterable White Sun's Zenith that allows you to draw and gives you 1/1 soldiers rather than 2/2 cats. It also gives you the option to get 4/4 angels with evasion (which is rarely needed btw - maybe as anti-air defenders?).

This has worked wonders in my white weenie deck. I would cycle Decree at the end of my opponent's turn. Then on my turn, I would drop one or more Glorious Anthems and swing. Most people won't expect buffed soldiers next turn for the simple fact that most token generation is slow and predictable.

Cycling this is similar to White Sun's Zenith, except Zenith makes a lot of kitties and comes back.

Let's see... At 6 mana you either get a 4/4 angel or three 1/1 soldiers and a replacement card. At 8 you get two angels or FIVE soldiers with a replacement... When you add Honor of the Pure into the mix, there's really no reason to cast it instead of cycling.

I agree, one of the better Decrees.
This card really rocks with Mirai's Wake, but Decree of Justice is also potent in blue/white control. My uncle once had such a deck, and he would keep countering/swords to plowshare/disenchant/wrath of god everything you played, and then cast a large cycled Decree of Justice to produce a hell of soldiers to move in for the kill...
Nowadays, a cycled Decree of Justice can be replaced by Martial Coup, but the flexability of this card is still amazing.
