poison-proliferate? Fine. It's an interesting idea. but if you're running poison-proliferate, this guy is not useful. yes, he gets the +1/+1 counters for proliferating, but you want to run more infect cards, not a random fatty without trample.

used this guy alongside Silvos, Avatars of might, Krosan Drovers, and Ancient Oozes, as well as the elf that searches for CC6+. despite being slow it worked surprisingly well.

He goes great with Elvish Abberation. The mutant gives him his counters, while the abberation helps mana ramp a slow deck. Solid 4/5.
