one of the worse arts from all the COP cycles.
the 8th Ed. card frame started to look way better in Darksteel, when they added more contrast in for White and Artifact cards in response to Mirrodin being kind of bad for Limited. Yep, Mirrodin had so many things wrong EVEN THE ART, and Card Frame Template was "broken" XD
(In the sense of actually not working, not because it was overpowered)
Of the less abstract ones, the 9th Ed. Red and Black are fantastic, and the COP Blue is alright. This one is just kind of washed out and falls flat in comparison.
If abstracts are your thing, obviously the Tempest ones are considered beautiful in their own way.
