Except Rude Awakening does not untap opponent's forests as well. Nonetheless, this is still a good card.

i used to have a mono green commons deck , it won more than my proper deckes , even hen the signs of elf dominace were begining to show

Wow. This is very powerful card.
I can picture a combo with Prismatic Omen to cast Ultimatum series. (mainly Cruel or Violent one)
For , if it didn't untap opponent's forest too, this would be too powerful.
This deserves 4.5

If abused just right, this card can probably be used to do amazing things. A most definitely 4/5.

Surprisingly abusive with Splinter Twin, double the green mana you make every turn. Or every mana if you use dual and shock lands.

arbor elf, argothian elder, llanowar druid, voyaging satyr, magus of the vineyard, eldamris vineyard with wild growth, overgrowth, and vernal bloom makes for some serious mana ramp, turn 3 and skys the limit, I uusuallly run unyaro bees
