this, medding mages with a follow footsteps on it... good times good times... with the fairie that makes all players play with the top card of their library reviled!

This is the essence of blue, and no blue deck is truly complete without it.

Great in theory, especially in multiplayer, but I'm usually not making friends as soon as they see I'm playing blue in the first place :o

If this card had a cantrip, it'd be used quite a bit more. Luckily there's always Gitaxian Probe.
