This with a freed from the real on it would be killer in EDH. the one toughness doesn't really matter in that format because very few people run low-mana point removal. How many turns would it last? Depends on your playgroup, but I'm sure you could get a little mileage out of it.

She really isn't that bad, she's venurable, but give her shroud, or keep her going with countering things that target her, and in mono blue, shes a permanent regress... which is awesome...
