He does get a boost from Lovisa, making him a bit more useful. I for one am sick and tired of Goblins, would be nice to see more useful Dwarves and Orcs, for example.

He gets no respect because Dwarves get no respect.

I love this card, but it isn't too useful, really. As Kirbster noted, no sane opponent will block it, so it amounts to just a mere 1/turn until it gets killed. I like to use it as a delivery system for instant-speed pump. Either the opponent lets it through and gets Giant Growth to the face or blocks it and gets Giant Growth to the face and then some.

So, uh... two mana for one damage a turn, right?

Dwarven bloodboiler
Makes a trampling dwarf look rather deadly, doesn't it?

Between the hair and the flavor text, this card really amuses me.

If you enchant with "Giant Strength" be sure It'll be three damage a turn. Anyway, when the opponent will kill this? It's red, you must have many lightning bolts in your hand, blocking could put his bigger creature into graveyard. In the math It'll represent some precious points of his life or his creature.

Combos well with Raid Bombardment as it resolves before blockers are declared

I hate this card. Function is fine, not great, but fine. The art, however is weird. The flavor text is the worst, though.

bestial fury in a creature.
goes well with first strike, maybe something like lightning talons, or double strike with grappling hook
