Not bad. There are a lot of better duel-color lands, but this is still... not bad.

It won't directly hurt you like Karplusan Forest, and it may be strictly worse than Rootbound Crag, but it works and doesn't have a long-term drawback unlike the former.
All three of those styles of dual lands evoke different play styles; you won't find a tournament player playing with these, as they prefer untapped speed; Karplusan Forest and City of Brass give unconditional untapped speed at a price.
Rootbound Crag and friends operate under the assumption you run a few basic lands, otherwise they're exactly like the 8th Edition cycle of nonbasics.
Copperline Gorge & Co. operate under an opposite philosophy to the above in that early game speed is the most important, and playing these as your first 3 lands will put you the farthest ahead.
