I just got two of these in a huge box of Magic I bought this last weekend. SO much old stuff and great stuff. I love Magic!

Draw go wouldn't be effect that much.
Creatureless would be safe.
Would slow aggro down.
Fun in table top magic for sure :D

wait uh....so, for just one more mana, you get something that has no business being this close to repeatable Time Walk on a stick?!? the fu--!
obviously it is not the same, but knowing Magic, there is probably a scary combo involving 2 or 3 of these (mix in some clone effects) and some cards that let you force the opponents' choices...
im not saying this is in the same league as Time Walk, but I do think there is a deck out there to make this better than Time Warp. treating this one cautiously until someone proves its not dangerous. its blue. better safe than sorry.

Yes, she is quite susceptible to removal, even shock can kill her, but if they fail to kill her instant speed on your turn they are forced to suffer from her effect. Its like the titans. If the titans were 5/5 and died to dismember, they would still be heavily played because no matter what if they hit the field you are going to get value from them. The same is true for this little girl because no matter what if she survives until the opponents upkeep she is going to screw them over pretty badly. And each additional turn that she survives is another turn you are getting extreme value from her and pulling ahead of your opponent. Also, obviously, she draws removal or counterspells to protect or safely resolve your more important creatures. She seems at least good against aggro. Control decks would just yawn and pick combat phase every time until they get something big out. She seems kind of bad against Combo too. Really, a good player will be able to identify the most important phase for ... (see all)

I suppose there are some decks that this isn't effective against: Creatureless decks won't mind skipping their combat step, and decks where everything is instant or flash won't mind skipping main. But on the other hand, there are quite a lot more decks that she'll singlehandedly cripple or completely shut down: What the heck is aggro supposed to do against this? Stop drawing more creatures? Draw creatures, but then not be able to cast them? Draw and cast creatures, but then be unable to attack with them?
To say that she's got a bullseye on her isn't condemnation, it's praise: The bullseye isn't because she can be killed, but because she must be. Which is pretty good for 3 mana.

Its so enjoyable when I cast this spell: my opponents know and hate it well. And when they destroy/exile it, I just play my second one. They ought to reprint it so that more people can enjoy it's deviousness.
