A nice little package in Mirrodin limited, and a lot of casual play from that era. It's certainly entertaining to hold off an Arcbound Ravager indefinitely with a piddly little 2/1.

Really deserves the three stars my vote pushed him to.
2/1 with relevant set protection for 2 CMC is worth at least that, in my opinion

Piker with a useful ability. Play it if your local group gets to artifacty.
But... If he has protection from artifacts, how did he equip that armor he's wearing or that sword he's holding?
