It's referring to the Knowledge Pool, a place in Mirrodin. It was never printed as a card in Mirrodin block outside of Seat of the Synod, which contains it but is not the actual Knowledge Pool itself. Knowledge Pool was printed in Besieged as a card for the first time, but it existed on the plane of Mirrodin before Besieged.

xD this is much better then Counter Mana Drain in the game I play really, turn 3 I normally have 3 (I know it is an overpriced at that level, but wait.) Turn 4-5 it's normally "unless it's pay 5" by turn 6 and up, its basically "Ya... counter unless you can pay a :::: load of mana" xD
