Especially in a mill deck, your opponent gets a very broad assert of artifacts and will always donate you the worst.
And if you're not playing block-constructed, your opponent possibly won't even have any artifacts at all.
But when i think about it, the name suits quite good to this card, scroungers barely get rich either.
I think three mana is still quite much for that effect.
I think it would have been an appealing sideboard choice if it was cheaper, though.
But i'm afraid Wizards will reprint this card right as it is in Scars of Mirrodin.
For three mana I'd rather sacrifice an artifact as additional cost and search my graveyard for a good artifact instead.

Hyper-situational. Cool when it works.

Sucks. Use beacon of unrest instead.

I don't know why this isn't rated higher. i mean you can take control of an artifact creature or artifact equipment card in their graveyard and you always have it. this card is good for mill decks b/u just because you had to aleast mill some artifact. 3.5/5
