I'd be wary of adding this card to my Rafiq Enchantments EDH deck if it was the other art, but this is much cooler looking. Flying isn't as amazing as protection, so I can't rate it as high as Flickering War, but they have similar effects in enchantress decks; with this it's {U}{U}: Draw a card, with this back in your hand to keep casting for more cards as long as you have more blue mana. With that, giving a creature flying when you're done drawing cards is just icing on the cake. So much fun.
