If it was cheaper, for example for 3BlueBlue only or for 2BlueBlue as 2/2 flyer this would possibly have actually even found some use back then when Ravager Affinity ruled the boards. But you could forget about anything that required five or more mana to cast, since you were already killed by then since a long time from this guy and his friend.

But the way it is you won't find much use for this guy even in block constructed i'm afraid...
