Ghetto removal? I used to use this with wall of denial as my deck's actual removal strategy.
Okay, I can't even pretend that you could seriously build a deck to use Blood Frenzy as efficient removal. I guess you'd need to use something like Disharmony, Hollowhenge Spirit, Ith or Lost in the Woods.
Probably not worth it, though.
