right, it is indeed a mirror of green's storm seeker, however it is generally weaker since red has tons of better direct damage spells than this and green has very few..
still not a bad card i'd say..

Not that great of a red direct damage spell, specially at 
. It is most of time not better than a Lightning Blast, considering also the fact that this can only target a player and not a creature.

I think this kind of burn is mostly sideboarded. Probably better against decks that hoard cards in their hand (ie., blue permission decks and certain types of control decks.)
