Ok-- "FIRST to charge, FIRST to fight."
Wouldn't that be more lent to first strike or haste? I'm confused :S

Related to the flavor text: I agree with previous comment! GIVE the thing HASTE!

it being 2 colorless for 2/1 instead of 2 with a color for 2/2 isnt making the card any better...

2 colorless is not equal to 1 color, it's worth more, but not as much as two colored, and not nearly as much as 2 different colors.

Alpha and Omega Myr are a reference to the greek alphabet, Alpha is the first letter and Omega is the last. Alpha and Omega are always considered to be opposites in any contexts, for example if a TV show's villain was named Omega, it's hero would likely be Alpha. This is reflected in the fact that Omega Myr is an inside-out Alpha Myr, Alpha Myr being a 2/1 while Omega Myr is a 1/2.
EDIT: Also, hypothetically, this card is completely 100% balanced. Assuming that 2 colorless mana is equivalent in value to one colored mana, a fact that is supported by Arcbound Hybrid(on comparison to Goblin Chariot) and Copper Myr(in comparison to Llanowar Elves), this is basically just an artifact version of Savannah Lions.

... Because only the flavour text, the surrounding white area seems empty, like missing something...

Strictly worse than Phyrexian Revoker, Gust-Skimmer, and Fang Skulkin.

Rather poor card. 2/1s are fine, but there are many, many better 2/2s for 2, making Alpha Myr more or less useless. Nice art, though.
