It's better than Spitting and much more playable than Fury Sliver. A good and cheap combat trick, worth a thought.

Let you swarm-block pretty much anything with zero consequence. The combo with Toxin Sliver has been mentioned, but I'd like to get a little more esoteric: Vampiric Sliver.

In the copy I used for local tournaments, I'd lined out First Strike with a sharpie, and written in Protection From Green, because first strike so often behaves like that. It was also beyond super at the time for dealing with Ball Lightning.

I really like Slivers pictured like this. After all they are very eccentric creatures who somehow don't seem to fit anywhere. There are also some other slivers whose art I really enjoy, for instance Armor Sliver, Barbed Sliver, Synchronous Sliver and Clot Sliver.
