The original forking spell, made before the color pie existed, apparently. But who cares! Planar Chaos was awesome fun because of all the different effects where they didn't belong. It's "mistakes" like this that can be the most fun to play with.

This card in red is just devastating! Doublng a multitargeting Fireball is just crazy!

I love this card and think it goes well with Swords to Plowshares or Regrowth. Anybody got some ideas of other cards that might go well with it; perhaps other than direct damage cards?
