Everything having vigilance is actually better than you'd think. Usually "everything you have has simple keyword" isn't that impressive, but I'm liking this.

@matelevolence: Really, "very meh"? No, it doesn't double all damage dealt by your creatures like Mishra, but you can attack with all of your creatures and still have all of them as blockers, or use their {T} abilities. That's really, really good. On top of that Selenia doesn't lower your life total or starting & maximum handsize; in fact, she raises them! Really, you should get a downside for all of your creatures having Vigilance for free that can't ever be removed from the game, but instead you get even more stuff. This might not be the best Vanguard card, but it's not meh.
