It's such a shame that this hasn't been reprinted since Fifth Dawn, for the simple reason that those mana symbols deserve to be in full, beautiful, WhiteBlueBlackRedGreen-y color.

A 15 CMC cascade is pretty unimpressive. That's just "Put the next permanent card in your library onto the battlefield."
