Skyshroud elf gets you 3/5 of the way there, and you could use it for multiple red or white in the same turn.

Initiates of the Ebon Hand takes care of the B mana (assuming you had a rainbow land to get it out).

Don't simply run this in a 5-color EDH deck. Design that deck around it! Commander=Progenitus. No surprise there. Throw in tutors of all sorts, even Tezzeret the Seeker. Once you get this out, Cultivate or Prismatic Omen or Chromatic Lantern should get you the rest of the way to 5 colors. Then toss down Progenitus and Coalition Victory or whatever you want. The point is, if your opponents don't have removal and you have this and 5 colors of mana, you win. 5/5

EDIT: Edited as I found the fastest way to win is chain together Nim Deathmantle and Composite Golem via rainbow-casting Bringer of the Black Dawn.

I built a Fist of Suns deck. Still need the low drop utility spells like Birds of Paradise or Enlightened Tutor but I have everything else to get the job done. I've only got 4th turn Omniscience out once thanks to Channel the Suns but it was cool to drop my whole hand so quickly. Watch out for board wipes if you don't have haste!

turn 5 Progenitous, and then play Knight of New Alara for a 15/15 Progenitous commander then play Savage Beating for a turn 6 win! Also can use Channel the Suns and Composite Golem for easy 5 color mana gen.

Thank you Chippy! I never noticed that this would work with Sunburst; that's so cool I may make a deck after it :)

For my contribution: Chromatic Lantern and a tiny bit of ramp could easily get you whatever you want on turn 4

Amusing but overlooked use: Casting Pentad Prism with this gives you access to 10 mana the following turn minimum.
