You can cast this for 6 with Bloom Tender and a token from Water Gun Balloon Game

The card works as a faster and sort of limited ratchet bomb. I just love how the {X} doesn't do anything.

So I have a Cromat EDH deck. Just discovered this card, and I'd consider including it for sure. I like Crime // Punishment a little better for the most part. But this can hose planeswalkers. I like this card a lot. It's elegant. After looking through all the sunburst cards, this is the only one I would consider using outside of a deck that runs doubling season and/or parallel lives

The card destroys ONLY permanents whose converted mana cost is EXACTLY equal to its number of charge counters.

So for example, if it has three charge counters, it won't destroy permanentes of 0, 1 or 2 converted mana cost.

Yeah, Radagast, I mean, who would run a one drop in Extended?

Oh wait.

I own a single copy in a deck with Trinket Mages and Tolaria Wests, and I inevitably find myself tutoring for it in almost every game I play. It's incredibly versatile: token hozer, blunts early aggro, deals with artifacts and enchantments, and hits shrouded permanents in a pinch. I love it.

works awesomely with "1 drop or less" artifact theme. Auriok Salvagers become Auriok Tokensmashers.

It takes four mana to kill a Storm Crow? Ridiculous!
