I suppose it COULD be a bounce artifact spell for *U*, but even that's kinda mediocre being so conditional. Use Disperse ,unsummon , into the roil , or boomerang instead.

Card's effect is too weak. Assert Authority did it right. At the cheapest the card can get (This card being 
) it should be better than a card of similar cost. Maybe "Return up to 2 target artifacts to their owner's hands." or add a cantrip.

Affinity = bad and evil and terrible and horrifying and unfair and bad and evil.... I hated affinity... This card is an example of bad affinity, but affinity is still the bane of my existence none the less.
