A pretty nice card, 5 mana for 3 cards is pretty much, but if you don't like the cards, you can put them to the bottom, use it again next turn and try again. A bit slow but may get you the cards you need.

I think that this and Dream Halls would be pretty spiffy.

A little slow, but for what it does, it's certainly not overcosted. A converted cost of 4 would have sent this card through the roof.

Good with Arcane triggers. Keep returning it until you see another copy in your top three.

...That surprisingly well designed. Expensive, but you can choose whether you want to keep your draw and it acts as a great platform for Splicing.

I'd rather play Mystic Speculation every time to set up the three cards exactly how I want. Sure, it doesn't draw me any cards, but it costs less mana, I always get to keep the card, and I can sort the three cards however I see fit.

LSV used it in combination with Omniscience to get infinite storm count in his legacy Omniscience deck...

Nice card! Well balanced indeed and, as many players mentioned before, it's not overcosted for what it does.
Do you like the cards? Then you keep them!
Oh, you don't like that what you see? No problem! Just put them way off your sight and you restart all over!
Since I'm a big fan of cards like this one - that you have to think to use, not those that bascially states "You win the game" when played -, and because I loved the theme of Kamigawa block, it deserves a 5/5 in my opinion.
