I agree, this is a definite piece of shark. Piece of shark means overcosted narrow Kamigawa card, right?

Should have given protection from spirits.

This is easily one of the most useless cards this set has to offer, i mean cmon, can't be blocked by spirits... already useless enough, then it's 3 to cast, what a piece of shark.

That set was loaded with spirits, so this would be an option for limited or sideboard. It is weak regardless.

This card would be decent (not that great, but decent) if you could choose the creature type when it came into play.

REALITY CHECK!
This card is only usable with cards like Conspiracy, but even then it's worse than Aqueous Form, except for the return ability(which you could use to move Reality Field to another creature).

"piece of shark".... can we, as a Magic community, please start adopting this phrase? There are so many good slang word and phrases, and this should be one of them. Let's all make this happen!!
As for the card: limited card, obv. Not good for constructed.
