With Hana Kami, you can repeatedly retrieve other arcane spells to your advantage. Thx to splice, you can do so without losing card advantage and gain some.

Sure it costs 1 more than raise dead or disentomb, but you can splice this, which means its repeatable, thus this is better!

Downside is that it doesn't combo too well with Horobi's Wail, but it's still a cool effect.
