Yes, there ARE better Samurai out there. However, how many of them are gutsy enough to ride a MOTH? Although it wouldn't fit the build of any good ninja deck, consider this hilarious scenario:

Minion:"Sir, a samurai approaches, he appears to be in attacking stance.."
Mage: : "Send out the freshest and weakest of our fresh recruits...preferably one not trained in hand-to-hand combat..."
Minion: "Ahem...sir? The samurai, he can't be blocked sir..he's um aloft...apparently riding a moth."
Mage: "What? That's absurd! Alright well, guess I'll take one for the te-
AH! What th- ?!?! You said he was a measly SAMURAI!! Not the legendary ninja Ink-Eyes!

Even at its best, its only a 3/3 flyer that cost four, and thats if it becomes blocked. There are far more
samurai out there that are better than this guy.

He's not the best flyer or samurai out there, and he's not exactly cheap, but if you get Nagao and Takeno out with him he's pretty decent, gets 4/4 when attacking alongside Nagao and Takeno and if he's blocked he becomes a 5/5.
