Combo with the Unspeakable, uses the protection to shield Unspeakable and attack to get it back repeatedly.

Oddly enough, I end up using it more as a Splice Bridge than as an actual Splicer. I think that's the fate of Arcane Instants though. Still dang useful, and the odd moment when you do splice it is nice.

Nice and compact effect. A Glacial anchor most of the time, but it can keep attackers alive through removal or allow them to attack unblocked for the kill.

To be honest, I like the splice mechanic... I think it's disappointing that it was restricted to Arcane spells, but it REALLY has potential as a card reusable mechanic... Maybe they will bring it back in the future?
(Also, something that makes me giggle in a manly way: you have more options now, because yuo can splice onto morphlings. :)
