This costs less mana, and it's power & toughness are flipped in a favorable fashion. Sure, Drill-Skimmer is terrible; however, it's going to take a lot more to dethrone Chimney Imp from it's infamy.

Crappy card. 2/1 for 4 is horrible and having shroud once in a while doesn't make it better. In theory you can equip or enchant it with something big, and then player another artifact creature to shroud it, but that's not worth the effort either.

At least it's a thopter for your thopter tribal deck. :)
