For what it's worth, this is the second cheapest returnable aura in white. It helps prevent card disadvantage, but unless you have a deck built around playing enchantments, it's not worth even having a card for this.

Serviceable. Can be brutal in Doran decks, where the bonus itself suddenly becomes a lot more relevant.
