The way it's printed, it looks like it gets +1/+1 when you regenerate it.

In FACT, you are both idiots. There is a period between "Regenerates" and "Troll." In the English language, that means a new sentence has begun. If the +1/+1 was triggered by regeneration, instead of the period there would be the word "and," just like all the other cards in Alpha, Beta, Unlimited, and Revised.
