Has his uses, but pales in comparison to Crystalline Sliver, especially considering the only way this guy is better is that he can save your army from board clearers; Which will probably come at a cost of about 8-10 life.

Underrated. This is a huge card, since it operates at instant speed and can save virtually any creature on your table from removal, even non-targeted kinds like Wrath of God.

In EDH Slivers this card is King. It allows you to dodge the many WoGs going around and can be combined with dormant for ridiculous card advantage.
