This card isn't one to build a deck around, but putting this in an untap deck would be quite powerful.

Rob Alexander is one of the BEST artists which have ever worked on Magic.
Look at this card! He didn't depict a sumptuous magnificient garden, worthy of a lord like Volrath, but instead a particular, a sight worth a portrait in all the gardens of Volrath. To me, this is one of his masterpieces.

i agree moleland, if it wasnt for the timing restrictions, this wouldve been usable..
and the flavour text doesn't seem to fit the card's ability..
but i must admit, the art is really nice on this one..
