Looks like a picture of an Orcish Oriflamme to me. I wonder why they have this be against black but the Oriflamme is red?

maybe 2White, since it'll be immune to most removal. Could fit flavor-wise as well, like Blessings of the Angels or something.

@A3K In todays world, it would need to give a power/toughness boost as well. minimum of +1/+1 but +2/+2 would be more flavorful for 2White. Unless you want it to be a limited card....
