Oh yeah, Opant1 - if you use it with Sylvan Library then you don't have to pay the 4 life per card b/c you didn't actually draw the cards. Quite a nice little combo.

Great for controlling what you draw. If you need lands, you get them. If you don't need them, you don't have to get them. Useful in many situations. Also a good defense against many mill decks, as long as those decks involve you drawing, not simply moving the cards from library to graveyard. Would protect against Jace, Memory Adept's ultimate, but not his other abilities.
Also fun with a Consecrated Sphinx on the board, allowing you to essentially reorder your library in a hurry.
