Twigwalker off of legs, which means this isn't bad.

3.5/5. Would do great in today's environment. With all the weenie token decks, this could have a big impact!!

Reincarnated as blades of velis vel without the toughness boost but with, ironically, more of a symbiosis flavour.

While not strictly better than Giant Growth, this does have certain applications where it would be better. Firstly (and most importantly), you're pumping two creatures using one card, instead of two. It's also less color intensive, and I'd definitely prefer to play this in a multicolor deck. I could see this going quite well with Double-Strike (Silverblade Paladin comes to mind).

As Doaj pointed out, this is a pretty sweet card to use with Soulbound. :)

Triggers Heroic on your Centaur Battlemaster and your Fabled Hero, triggering Wild Defiance twice.
Unblocked, that's... let's see... 27 damage (11/11 Battlemaster and 8/8 Hero).
