Why the low rating? This card seems good and efficient to me, in addition to having cycling, which is always nice to have.

It's nice, especially in a cleric deck (go figure). Protection from one color is narrow, but with cycling you can get rid of it if your opponent isn't playing red. Solid card, deserves a higher rating.
