good with Kavu predator, but honestly, I would go with old Swords to Plowshares myself.

another thing is that the owner, not the controller gains the life. therefore you might also want to make use of this. it will be hard to do so, though.
it would have worked great with Hunted Lammasu, but with Magic 2010 rules update, this won't work anymore...

If it was instant speed I would have rated it higher then a .5 out of 5. This could actually save you the game (it can destroy a threat that would kill you ((derp de derp)) ) But I cannot rate it higher then that.

This is garbage. I mean, Spread the Sickness isn't all that great, but it can poison your opponent to death. This is neither cheap nor powerful. I'd rather give my opponent a land than pay {3}. Oh hey, Path to Exile.

People are hating on this card, but it's about the right power level for common removal in the kinds of sets they're building these days. It would be fine in Limited. The "owner" thing might be too confusing for the New World Order at common, but otherwise I would not be surprised by a reprint.
