So I get a School of Piranha that flies, basically. It can't attack or block until my opponent casts a spell though.

The result relies on your opponent and the upkeep cost is annoying. There are better cards for this effect.

a Vanilla 3/3 flier for 4 is a little underwhelming. and the text doesn't match the current rules at all. if you counter their spell it still turns into a creature? lame card 2/5
