Art makes this look too much like an Artifact. A more clear-cut artifact/enchantment distinction should have been made with the art for the various Runes, as only ROP: Black and ROP: Green really look more like Enchantments then Artifacts. ROP: Artifacts is acceptable as you can say the Rune is enchanting the clock instead of being the clock itself, but the rest should be fixed if ever they are reprinted (and they should be reprinted. Especially ROP: Lands. There is no COP: Lands, so it fills a unique role).

I run a full set of runes in my Cycling deck, because I am able to cycle the runes as many times as I can slide my Monk Idealist.
