3/3 that comes into play from the graveyard for free. Great.

Using Telepathy would work, most players would just lay the cards on the table, maybe a Duress or something to make them search their library, then thow in a drudge deck and hope they don't nitice it.

do you get it back if your opponent has no cards in his or her hand?
EDIT ok I'm going to make a dredge deck and put 4 of these in, pretty sure I can get away with saying that if they ahve an empty hand I can put it out. also with dredge people are probably not going to look through your graveyard so you might even get him early.
then I could also use rotting rats to speed him up a bit...
in other decks, well he combos with bloodhusk ritualist
or even bottomless pit

Sometimes I really, really wish that Wizards would create an Unhinged-type set that was 100% legal. Just so I could field a Grateful Dead card in a serious game.

it wouldnt come into play if your opponent had no hand because they couldnt lose contact with their hand if they dont have one

I'm pretty sure if you cut off their hand, that counts as 'losing contact with their hand of cards.'
Also pretty sure that's against the law, but this is a Black card, not a White card so......who cares about the dumb old Law anyway :)
