Good way for control decks to get damage in. 2 or more can mean game.

The best part of this card is that it is completely unconditional. It does it's thing independent of the game state unless it's removed or something. You don't need to bother with hand sizes or any other 'criteria' it just works.

Decks that would use this would be much better off with Sulpheric Vortex.
