I have three set of glasses: Ones with plastic lenses for work, ones with glass lenses for normal use and ones with tinted glass for eye protection for too bright light. Does this mean that I have three heads?

So if I have this Glasses of Urza from before Revised Edition (A,B,U) do I still have to Tap it to use its ability?

Yes, because it's a mono artifact, which means you have to tap it to activate its ability.
