Almost a Royal Assassin, but the original is way better...

you have to remember white has alot of tap unlike black. master decoys plus this means you can clean out the battlefield in no time. "hes a soldier too, daru warchief make him cheaper :)"

royal assassin costs 2 less, and can target any tapped creature at any time.
catapult master costs exact same, and exiles a creature for every 5 soldiers you tap. Again, no restrictions on timing.
Either of these are much better alternatives.
Even the flavor text illustrates how bad this card is. I mean, even goblins understand that if you want siege weaponry to work you have to fire it at your enemies instead of your own guys.
