This should be oracled to counter instants also, because it is oracled to instant. Originally in Portal (including 2 & 3) there were no instants so this could be countered by itself. Not anymore as it's oracled to instant.

Should have been errata'd to be able to be cast as thought it had flash.

In the Portal sets there were no cards printed as instants. They were all sorceries with text that explained when they could be played. No error.
