Interesting concept - mana stealing - that has basically disappeared over the years. Of course, the way mana sources worked has also changed (no more mana burn, etc.) so maybe that's not surprising.

Doesn't do anything about any non-land mana sources your opponent has, though, so you'd better have a way of dealling with them.
